uptown shizume is where the newest apartment complexes and businesses are located. it's certainly more peaceful than the homra-dominated downtown, but it would be an exaggeration to say that the residents are free of the occasional strain outbreak

although the city continues to raise the bar for its standard of living, gang activity is still rampant in the streets. homra continues to be downtown's dominant group, but the lesser gangs are known to be trouble as well.

also known as the 'camellia gate', the scepter4 headquarters is home to the blue clan's main operations. it is guarded by steel gates and the occasional blue clansman (after all, cameras miss nothing).

this is the headquarters of the gold clan, and the facility that holds the dresden slate - the source of the power of kings. it is one of the most heavily guarded places in shizume city, and all members of the gold clan are willing to defend it to the death. this board will be closed until the gold clan is made available
