minoru doesn't mind friends, despite his cold exterior. they're probably mostly from school or regular customers to the bookshop that he works at. if you can discuss something that he's read about, then that could be a good way to hit it off. minoru doesn't go out of his way to make friends, but he allows them to happen. it would also be great if he found someone who agreed with his ideals
while he wouldn't consider strains or clansmen his formal enemies (that would be pretty suicidal considering that he's only human), he does have a personal vendetta against the fact that they exist and don't fit into his personal vision of what his world should be. he's not about to be swayed by anyone's preaching either
once someone works past his moody exterior, minoru is actually something of a tsundere. get under his skin, and you're setting yourself up for a book-slap to the face. push him harder and he'll get flustered. this is probably why he's not actively looking for someone at the moment
dude idek suggest me things pls. he works at the bookstore if that's anything that you can work with

sweet I get to be the first post in this page as well. they're actually not that far apart in age and have at least one thing in common - reading. although she's not somebody to land in the one-book-one-day pace of reading, she does enjoy most literature within the genres she finds appealing. she managed to school herself for the most part over about two years...enough so to get accepted (is that the right word idk) to a study program in russia even without properly finishing high school. balanced HOMRA with that too. she might stop in the store to find some reading. also, unless he's familiar with her face seeing her toward the lead of the clan whenever they set out to do something she's not obviously a clansmen, and her tattoo is over her sternum but seeing as she doesn't take her hoodie off much nor her shirt it's pretty hidden -u- so yeah, ideas based on just that?

honestly they could probably talk about books. as long as takehiko doesn't cause trouble then he's chill. i mean, koyama doesn't exactly wander in homra territory so it could be possible that he has only heard about the vanguard's street reputation.
he'll be pretty disgusted once he realizes that takehiko is a clansman - and a leader of such a group, but he's not suicidal enough to start shit with a red. word on the street is that they're not exactly temperate fellows lol. he'll be openly opinionated when he feels safe enough to be, a fact that causes him a lot of self-loathing.

yeah, unlike some she doesn't actively seek trouble or a fight, but no way in hell she'll back down if she ever gets one c8 wait until the dog bites, then whack it. she'd probably enjoy talking about books, but seeing as she's more into fiction than nonfiction (though she will read the latter) some of their comparisons may be a bit one-sided at times with the other just nodding along if they've read something the other hasn't XD;
good boy on not starting shit because he'd get a grand total of one warning not to go bashing any of her clansmen. smart boy is smart and self-loathing poor bby, but I imagine until he catches on that she's with HOMRA they'd get along at least half-decently. not much like talking a book over with someone eh?

don't get me wrong - koyama is capable of being nasty when he wants to. his attitude towards takehiko would be more like "nah i wouldn't bother messing with your king when he's going to self-destruct within the next ten years" he's been keeping tabs on random craters that the government tries to hush up, you see.
except really if he ever catches wind of the dresden plate you can bet your buttocks that he's going to be trying to smash it hahaha
